How much does it cost to enter?
The early bird rate is £225 +VAT (ending 15 May). Full price entries are £399 +VAT.
Are there any free categories?
Yes, the Charity (Third Sector) Project of the Year is free to enter.
Does the company or individual need to be based in the UK?
Yes. All entrants must have a presence in the UK, which can include a workforce, product development, or product launch. If you're unsure about eligibility, please contact us.
How do I submit an entry?
Entries must be submitted online via the official awards portal. You’ll need to complete the entry form and provide supporting documentation if necessary.
I've started my entry, but not quite ready to submit just yet. Am I able to resume writing later on?
Yes, you are. When you log in at a later date, as long as you have saved your progress, you will find any of your existing and unfinished entries in your “Incomplete” section.
Can I go back and change my entry after I have submitted it?
Yes. You can find all completed entries in the ‘Complete’ section of the entry portal. You are able to amend your entries until 19 June 11:55pm BST.
Can I enter multiple categories?
Yes, you may enter as many categories as applicable, provided each submission is tailored to the specific criteria of that category.
How are the winners selected?
During the judging week (7–10 September) shortlisted companies are invited to present their entries directly to the judges.
Presentation slots are 30 minutes long and include time for questions from the judges. They will take place over teams. More guidance will be sent after the shortlist is announced on 29 July.
Where does the awards ceremony take place?
The UK IT Industry Awards takes place on Wednesday 11 November 2026 at the Evolution event space in Battersea Park, London. More details can be found here.
Is there a cost to attend the awards if shortlisted?
Yes, finalists are expected to attend the ceremony and will need to fund their own place. Finalist packages can be found here.
